Barbell Basics 7 week course
Barbell Basics is an introductory course which Pride Performance offers into how to lift weight safely and effectively. This class is ideal for beginners who are interested in getting stronger or learning how to use weights. The gym is closed for these sessions and they're limited to 6 people in order to provide the best coaching to all. Each week will focus on a different barbell movement; squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press, snatch, clean and jerk; finishing with a technique competition on the 7th week to see what we've learnt!
