Cancellation Policy

Pride Performance Gym memberships have a 30 day cancellation notice. When cancelling, a 30 day notice period will apply to your account. You'll be charged the full monthly amount up until the end of the 30 day period.

If cancelling a personal training session or class, you must give more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations within this 24 hour period will be charged full session cost including no-shows.

Cubs sessions are paid upfront and are non refundable.

If a session is cancelled by Pride Performance, you will not be charged for the session and it will be rearranged.

If you are in a contract and leave prior to the end of this time, there will be a cancellation payment of the remaining amount on your account.

When cancelling, you must do so through the gym or your TeamUp account and should not cancel your direct debit directly through the bank.

If you cancel your direct debit prior to, or without cancelling your gym membership, the amount of money owed will be totalled up until the day your membership ends. Example: If you are to cancel your direct debit in November but only cancel your membership in February, the amount you owe will be until the end of your membership in February.

You may freeze your membership (contact the gym on contact@pride-performance.co.uk or 07554636066) if you are unable to attend due to an injury - a doctors note must be supplied - or pregnancy.

Under certain circumstances, memberships may be frozen (contact the gym on contact@pride-performance.co.uk or 07554636066 to discuss personal circumstances).

The cancellation period of 30 days will still apply if a membership is cancelled when frozen.
