We offer a range of classes suitable to all ages and abilities whether you're a complete newbie to the gym or an experienced and competitive lifter.

Class packs of 1 or 10 sessions are available as well as class memberships starting with 1 class a week to 4 classes a week.

All classes must be booked to guarantee spaces. Classes with no bookings may not always run. You can book through Team Up or by contacting us directly.

Youth Weightlifting (11-18) - Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 4-5pm

Olympic weightlifting is one of the most effective ways of improving performance in any sport as well as being an exciting sport in it's own right. Come and join us in these sessions whether you want to be the learn a new sport, improve performance of a sport you already do or take it one step further and strive to be the next Britain on the Olympic stage.

Strength Camp - Monday 7-8pm & Wednesday 9:30-10:30am

Become the best version of yourself, getting stronger, the body you want and have fun! Ideal for all experiences and abilities, with the focus being on strength and technique through different programs.

Parents Fitness Class - Tuesday 9-10am

Parent’s fitness class at Bradshaw CP School straight from drop off at 9am in the school hall, weekly.
