We offer a range of classes suitable to all ages and abilities whether you're a complete newbie to the gym or an experienced and competitive lifter.
Class packs of 1 or 10 sessions are available as well as class memberships starting with 1 class a week to 4 classes a week.
All classes must be booked to guarantee spaces. Classes with no bookings may not always run. You can book through Team Up or by contacting us directly.
Youth Weightlifting Club - Monday & Wednesday 5 - 6pm, Friday 5:30 - 6:30pm & Sunday 3:30 - 5:30pm
Olympic weightlifting is one of the most effective ways of improving performance in any sport as well as being an exciting sport in it's own right. Come and join us in these sessions whether you want to be the learn a new sport, improve performance of a sport you already do or take it one step further and strive to be the next Britain on the Olympic stage. Ran the same as our adults weightlifting club, there are 4 classes per week available and you sign up for either 2 or 4 depending on your membership. This also includes your monthly gym membership once given the go ahead by coach and a program to follow in Pride independently
Youth Fit (11-18) - Wednesday 5 - 5:45pm & Friday 5:30 - 6:15pm
Looking to get fitter, have more energy and wanting to find a class that's fun? Youth Fit is for you. Using a range of equipment and body weight exercises, Youth fit guarantees to be fun and get you fitter. Youth fit is for 11-17 year olds.
Strength Camp - Monday 7-8pm & Wednesday 9:30-10:30am
Become the best version of yourself, getting stronger, the body you want and have fun! Ideal for all experiences and abilities, with the focus being on strength and technique through different programs.
Parent’s fitness class at Bradshaw CP School straight from drop off at 9am in the school hall, weekly.
Bootcamp - Monday 1:30 - 2:30pm, Tuesday 6:30 - 7:30pm, Wednesday 9:30 - 10:30pm & Thursday 6:30 - 7:30pm
Boot Camp will not only achieve the weight-loss and body sculpted results that you want but it'll teach you to understand your own training, technique, and nutrition, as well as giving you your own personalised macro's to follow to better your results! This plan doesn't mean you have to eat perfect all day every day, don't worry, that glass of red can still be yours at the end of a hard day!
Pride Fit - Friday 6:30 - 7:30pm & Sunday 4:30 - 5:30pm

Parent and Child - Sunday 2:45 - 3:30pm
Is your child over 6 (year 2) and wants to come to the gym with you? Our parent and child class is a fitness class for both parents and children to train together.
Charged at the same price as a normal class means your child comes along for free.
