Pride's Club Programming

Pride's club programming. A pre written program from a varying selection following Pride's methodology in periodisation, designed by either Heather or Andy. Note. This program is not personalised to you. Fully customised is also available

  • 4 day per week weightlifting (12 week cycle)

  • 6 day per week weightlifting (12 week cycle)

  • 4 day per week strength training (12 week cycle)

  • 3 days per week strength training (12 week cycle)

  • Nick’s 16 week strength cycle - this program took Nick’s numbers from 70kg squat to 150kg, 67.5kg bench to 90kg and 115kg deadlift to 170kg

  • Sam’s 16 week strength cycle - this program took Sam’s numbers from 70kg squat to 140kg, 70kg bench to 105kg and 170kg deadlift to 200kg

  • Steph’s 8 week strongman comp prep - this was the cycle which Steph used to win England’s Strongest Woman

  • Nathan’s 5 week powerlifting peak - this program peaked him into his powerlifting competition where he set new all time PB’s in the squat and deadlift and a comp PB in his bench

  • Phil’s customised 4 week weightlifting peak - this was Phil’s peak into his weightlifting competition where he set comp PB’s and won his class as a junior lifter. He also set all time PB’s through his peak
