"I first started at Pride when I saw it had just opened on a Warrington Guardian post. I really wanted to work on my Olympic Lifting & especially my strength which has ironically always been my weakness. A few months prior I had been on crutches for a few months after injuring my knee so I was really starting from the ground up in strength. I did the lvl 1 Olympic Weightlifting course earlier in the year to improve my knowledge as I co-own a CrossFit gym so had some knowledge but what I've learned from Andy & Heather since starting has been beyond great. They're specialists in something I want learn so much about & week on week I'm getting so much more confident on my technique & I've not only regained my pre injury strength but already getting better strength results. I feel like I'm only just starting out, I can't wait to see where I go with Pride. I also take my 6 yr old daughter to the kids classes to start her young & she's loving it. I'd strongly recommend anyone to give it a go" - Phil P

"Andy took my weakest lift and made it my best lift, took my fear of lifting and especially squatting away. He gave me so much confidence not only in the gym and under the bar but in myself again. After so long out of training and such a bad injury, I never thought I'd feel this good about training again" - Joe P

"These guys have created a gym that’s a fun, friendly and focused place to workout. Before I started at Pride I loved going to the gym and now I’m even more addicted. Pride is a very comfortable place to train, and with such a a well equipped gym and the help of Andy and Heather any goal is possible! I hadn’t properly trained powerflifting before joining pride and I can definitely say that it was one of the best decisions I have made, and I’m never going to look back now. If your new to the gym or just knew to lifting Pride is somewhere to get great training and not feel self conscious or nervous. Would highly recommend joining the Pride" - Grace B
