Weightlifting Club

Pride Performance Gym's Olympic Weightlifting club is specially designed to specifically improve your snatch and clean and jerk, and get you working towards your next goal.

Weightlifting club isn't just about coming along and taking a class. Weightlifting club is specific to you as a lifter, working on individual strengths and weaknesses in your Olympic lifting in a supportive group environment.

Regular in-house competitions will be ran as a way to measure technique and see progress.

Sundays
3:30pm - 5:30pm

Tuesdays
7:30pm - 9pm

Thursdays
7:30pm - 9pm

Fridays
7:30pm - 9pm

It doesn't matter if you're an experienced weightlifter working towards a new PB, refining your technique or even a beginner interested in getting into the sport, this club is for you.

We also have a weightlifting 101 for complete beginners to weightlifting who are looking to learn the sport and join weightlifting club which is ran along side weightlifting club.
